 The NC MedAssist pharmacy provides free medications from their formulary to uninsured people whose income falls at or below 200% of Federal Poverty Level. Clients outside of Mecklenburg County will pick up their medications from their local free clinic, health department, or rural health clinic. For counseling, clients can call 1-866-331-1348 and ask to speak to a pharmacist. MedAssist's pharmacy will continue to provide eligible residents with the medications they need for as long as they are eligible.
Enroll as a resident of all other counties in North Carolina:
- Print and complete the North Carolina application (Spanish application)
- Fax it to the attention of your Customer Service Representative at 704-536-9865 or e-mail it to them.
